It is considered that government ought to provide with financial opportunities national sports team and individual men along with women who demonstrate their power for merit of own countries. Whilst some people think that non-governmental resources should financially support them. Personally, I deem that the former viewpoint which government should fund the sportsmen is better.
To begin with, several reasons are available why athletes should not be funded by non-government sources. First of all, it might cause that different protests by businessmen or others who work like this sphere. Because, it is not a secret that training of sportsmen does not demand little money. In this case, if businessman repeatedly pays money to support athletes, it may cause irritation of them. Consequently, they might remonstrate to government, and also, it may influence on reputation of country. Secondly, businessmen have own troubles such as sustaining their family. Thus, they may not be able to support sportsmens. Besides that, nobody likes to give money for unknown people.
However, the people who deal with a sport should be funded by government. Additionally, they must be provided with good opportunities many-sided. Since, if an opportunity is well, the result of athletes will be admirably in the world tournaments such as "Olympic Games". Whereas this effects on merit of country and it may become popular among other states. If sportsmen win in any competition of the world, they can be awarded with a lot of money besides medals. Subsequently, they can refund expenses which made by government. Although some reasons are available that are related to this funding by countries, abovementioned standpoints are more significant.
In conclusion, governments should notice to fund own athletes, if they want to be famous in the world.
