Because modern life is very complex it is essential for young people to have the ability to plan and organize

Since life has become increasingly complex in the 21st century, young people must plan and organize to keep pace with the rapid development of the world.

What should be prioritized is that the capability of planning is of great importance. For one thing, the ability to plan helps young people do well in academic studies. The direction of effort is even more critical than ever for academic success. If we do not plan while studying, we might go in the wrong direction. For instance, to write an appropriate essay for the topic, we must create an outline and consider a good paragraph structure. For another, the ability to plan helps young people achieve in professional careers. Since young people are busy with work, love, and chores, only by dividing things into stages can they track their progress and improve their motivation and efficiency in developing careers.

What should be equally worth discussing is that organizing competence is another crucial requirement for young people. More specifically, teamwork is a typical approach to enhancing organizing ability. We must ensure team members understand our thoughts, ideas, and outcomes. With careful organization, it is possible to realize our blueprints.

In conclusion, effective planning and organization can help young people save time, increase their productivity, point the way forward, and enable better communication with others in today's modern, dynamic, complex society. Therefore, young people need to extend their abilities to plan and organize.

We are expecting: No. of Words: 350 while No. of Different Words: 200
Better to have 5 paragraphs with 3 arguments. And try always support/against one side but compare two sides, like this:

para 1: introduction
para 2: reason 1. address both of the views presented for reason 1
para 3: reason 2. address both of the views presented for reason 2
para 4: reason 3. address both of the views presented for reason 3
para 5: conclusion.

So how to find out those reasons. There is a formula:

reasons == advantages or

reasons == disadvantages

for example, we can always apply 'save time', 'save/make money', 'find a job', 'make friends', 'get more information' as reasons to all essay/speaking topics.

or we can apply 'waste time', 'waste money', 'no job', 'make bad friends', 'get bad information' as reasons to all essay/speaking topics.
