Do you agree or disagree with the following statement?
The ability to maintain friendships with a small number of people over a long period of time is more important for happiness than the ability to make many new friends easily.
It is critically important to maintain a relationship with friends who is ingenious and helpful. Personally, I believe that continuing a relationship with an old friend is less important in a person's life than making swiftly new friends. I feel this way because of two reasons which I explore in the following essay.
First of all, having the quality of making a friend can help an individual to stay happy. Nowadays, people need to change their location for a better job, education, etc. If we make new friends instantly at that moment, it gives us good engagement in a strange place without feeling loner and isolated. My personal experience is a compelling example of this. A few years ago, when I was employed in the food factory as a sales representative, I had to travel frequently to different places and meeting different people from different perspectives. However, I utilized this challenge as the opportunity and quickly fused with the people interest. That attitude helped a lot to get a company in a peculiar atmosphere. Had I never been so interactive with the person, I would end up staying in the hotel room feeling bored.
Apart from getting a good company in the novel environment, these skills may assist you to meet the important people who can help in your career. Unless getting more interaction, there will be less chance of getting exposure for your career. For example; during my work time in the food industry, I was unhappy because of my salary. Despite I had been employed for five years, I still stuck in the same salary range. While during one meeting in Mumbai, I was accidentally meet the regional chairmen of the liquor. After our conversation, he realized that I was unsatisfied with my job and offered me position in his company with a handsome salary.
In conclusion, I strongly believe that being a cosmopolitan in nature and interactive is advantagous for the person. This is because person can get easily new opportunities and need not feel left even in a new environment.

Better to have 5 paragraphs with 3 arguments. And try always support/against one side but compare two sides, like this:
para 1: introduction
para 2: reason 1. address both of the views presented for reason 1
para 3: reason 2. address both of the views presented for reason 2
para 4: reason 3. address both of the views presented for reason 3
para 5: conclusion.
So how to find out those reasons. There is a formula:
reasons == advantages or
reasons == disadvantages
for example, we can always apply 'save time', 'save/make money', 'find a job', 'make friends', 'get more information' as reasons to all essay/speaking topics.
or we can apply 'waste time', 'waste money', 'no job', 'make bad friends', 'get bad information' as reasons to all essay/speaking topics.
