Both the reading and lecture are about the birds which cannot recognize the glass windows of buildings and then they try to pass from them, finally they can harm themselves in this way. The reading provides three reasons for solving this problem and then supports them. The lecturer casts doubt on the claims made in the article and finds all of arguments useless.
First of all, the author of reading declares that architects should apply one-way glasses instead of ordinary glasses. In this approach, settlers will be able to see out; however, since the birds will fail to see into glass; hence, they will perceive that glass is a solid obstacle and avoid flying it. This point is challenged by the lecturer and he points out that one-way glasses can get worse the condition because these types of glasses act such as mirror; consequently, the image of sky can reflect on the glasses, thus, the birds will fly toward the one-way glasses.

Secondly, the article contends that it should be better if colorful glasses are employed in the windows through some thin painted strips. Since there will be some free points that will not be covered by aforementioned strips; therefore, the light can enter house through these mentioned points and also birds never fly toward painted strips; in contrast, the professor expresses that surprisingly, the birds will think that those free openings which are not covered by the strips, are as holes, so they will attempt to pass from those small holes. On the other hand, this suggestion can provide negative circumstance for people who live in the house, because it can create a dark atmosphere.

Finally, the reading passage states that as we all know the birds have an organ which can feel Earth's magnetic field and based on this discern, they can migrate and find their way. In this way, the engineers would install the strong electromagnets on the buildings which send magnetic signals and they can steer birds to other sides. This argument is rebutted by the lecturer and he poses that the ability of sense of magnetic field for birds works in long distances such as leaving cold areas toward warm countries but in the short routes, the mentioned skill will not be effective, so this method is useless.

Better to have 5 paragraphs with 3 arguments. And try always support/against one side but compare two sides, like this:

para 1: introduction
para 2: reason 1. address both of the views presented for reason 1
para 3: reason 2. address both of the views presented for reason 2
para 4: reason 3. address both of the views presented for reason 3
para 5: conclusion.

So how to find out those reasons. There is a formula:

reasons == advantages or

reasons == disadvantages

for example, we can always apply 'save time', 'save/make money', 'find a job', 'make friends', 'get more information' as reasons to all essay/speaking topics.

or we can apply 'waste time', 'waste money', 'no job', 'make bad friends', 'get bad information' as reasons to all essay/speaking topics.

It is not exactly right on the topic in the view of e-grader. Maybe there is a wrong essay topic.
