The reading and the lecture both about an original canvas of the English novelist, Jane Austen. The author of the passage believes that no wonder, she was not so much known but demonstrate her writing skills very well and the only evidence about her is the drawing of Jane by her sister. The lecturer casts doubt on the claim made in the article. He mentions that neither, it is a precise nor, an exact prof for the painting, which target by in the reading.
First of all, the article points out that it is shown after her death, her family, whose gave permit for the cutest young lady sketch, made by her sibling, to defining her features. This point is challenges by the lecturer. He argues that the painting is revolves around the late century, the time is about after the death of Jane, approximately 70 years.
Secondly, the passage contends that face is very close to the one of the portrait of Cassandra's wants to justify her. This argument rebuts by the teacher. He explain that there is a lot of bundle of young girls; including sisters and niece in to the family, so this point is also indicates lacking of the surity of her picture.
Finally, the article states that the sketch styled about a teenager girl, who share a common features of the known artist of that era. The professor, on the other hand, posits that cloth on to which the picture is drawn is basically by the one of man, (stamp on the back side of the picture), who sailed this type of piece in London, that time, she was 27 years old women. So the point comes how is the teenager girl suddenly become women at the same time.
Hence, both the author and the professor made so many claims and do not accepting to each other views.
