The reading and lecture both discuss about the team work versus individual work for handling a project in a firm or company. The writer of the passage support the team work on the other hand, the professor refutes the claim provided by the writer for handling a project. First of all, the writer states that in the team all the member have different kind of knowledge, skills to handle the project and provide more effective results.
