The reading and lecture both about discussing the organizations, how it woks and the contribution of their members. the reading describes that it is beneficial to work as a team and the end result would be very obvious. While the lecturer claims that the consequences of engaging in a group sometime gives very pathetic result. First, the author of reading explains that submitting experiences of every single person makes a huge complement to the group. in simple words, 2 is more than 1. On the other hand, the professor cast doubts this, he thinks, it is not compulsory that each member is giving his contribution equally.
Furthermore, the reading passage suggests that working in a group, as one of each member gives his best and as a result, the team succeeded with flying colors, but it challenges by the lecturer that it is not usually the results, many of the times, due to different people involves, their behavior, their mentality and their level of understanding, all these facts leads to very the unexpected result.
In last, the author of the reading tells us that co-worker always gets prize possession by encouragement his work and appreciates for his effort. In contrast, the professor opposes that, there is always a confusion between the groups, because many of the members does not shows their full part or piece of working so this is very unethical to the other members of the group and does not seems justify to every single member.
In conclusion, both the author and the lecturer disagree to each other opinion and make a differences according to their level of thoughts.
