The reading and the lecture are both about the team work which has good impact on task. the author of reading believes that a team can work more readily as compared to individual because a group consist of people which has wide range of knowledge, expertise, and skill. the lecture casts doubt on the claims made in the article. he says the group is responsible for projection to make a company successful.
first of all, the author mention out that if a group leader take a decision and their decision not work well no body in the group would be responsible for that.this point is challenges by a speaker. he says that for every decision which a team is taking each of them is responsible because some decision takes conses quickly and some not. furthermore he argues that some creative idea that a group made might not work well thus, when the projection failed everyone in the group are blame.
secondly, the author contends that the group can take very risky decision and also they can work together very quickly. the lecturer on the other hand posit that the group did not contribute to each other and the leader is responsible to do as a head.
in conclusion the lecture reading both are about working as team or group. the professor effectively challenges the claim made in the article.
