First of all, in globalization era, students should speak a foreign language to compete with many overseas students which they can meet at one place such as a study, a work, and the other activities. They just use one language to talk anything. Indeed, they will not be miscommunication and misunderstanding about their talking among them. For instance, now days, English language is international language which people can communicate by it. Most of countries use it as second language such as Spain, France, Malaysia and the other countries.

Second of all, children in primary are easier to learn foreign language because their brains are still programmed to know their mother tongue. These learning make the children more faster for memorizing word by word. The result, in their future they will know about many vocabularies and they can speak foreign language fluently. For example, in Malaysia, not only Malaysian language is mother language, but also all people must have skills to speak English language which is second language in that country. From primary school to senior high school, they can speak two languages. In Indonesia also, the government has curriculum that each student must speak English as the way confronts Asian community and Global era in 2015 which all people in that era will face with the other people.
