Education sets the foundation of successful career for everyone. Presently, money plays a magnificent role to uplift the standard of living. I did not use the in fron of youngsters becouse I was talking about youngsters generally for every young person .

And I also avoided "the" in front of money in the introduction as I was writing money first time in the esaay

I want to know is it right to avoid the if we wish to say about generally everyone without specific group ????

Not exactly, you may use 'a/an' instead of 'the' in front of countable nouns.

A countable noun:

when it is singular: 'a/an' Always.

When plural: it takes 'the' if it refers to a definite, specific group,
no 'the' if it is used in a general sense.

The guest of honor arrived late.
You are welcome as a guest in our home.
The guests at your party yesterday made a lot of noise.
Guests are welcome here anytime.

Uncountable nouns:

never take 'a/an', but 'the', or no 'the' if it is used in a general sense.

Information is a precious commodity in our computerized world.

Sugar has become more expensive recently.
