The three pie charts below show the changes in annual spending by a particular UK school in 1981, 1991 and 2001.

Summarize the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

The pie charts show the variations in annual spending in a UK school in three different years.

In 1980, 40 percent of the budget was paid to the teachers as their salaries. “Other worker salaries”, “Resources”, and “Furniture and equipment” by 28%, 15%, and 15% were in the next priorities, respectively. However, “Insurance” had the least portion among them.

After passing ten years, there were some changes. There was a growth of 10 percent in teacher’s wages. Moreover, there were also increasing of 5 percent and 1 percent in spending of Resources and Insurance.

In 2001, there was a different pattern in the percentage of each section. In comparison to the situation of 1991, annual spending in 3 parts was fallen.

To sum up with all, it would be impossible to find a certain and specific scenario in the annual costs and spending of the school. It seems that the teacher’s wages ware the task had the biggest portion in all aforementioned three years.
