The table below shows the results of a survey on workplace complaints in Germany in 2001.
The projected table elucidates the survey results about the complaints related to workplace in gender differences Germany in 2001. Overall, there are differences in the nature of complaints and the genders. It is apparent that, the highest complaints made were related to noise and coworkers while other causes and temperatures were experienced the least complaints made by German workers.
There are several differences in the nature of complaints between genders, where women were more likely complaints about the technical support and privacy of which percentage of 16 and 21, respectively in comparison to 3% and 9% for male proportions, respectively. Meanwhile, males showed a complaint related to the relationship with the employees; the relationship with the line manager of 22% and 34% of males experienced a difficulty with their co-workers, whereas women made a relatively small number of complaints for those, 7% and 9%, respectively.
In contrast, there are several similarities between genders for their complaints where the excessive noise was the dominant complaints among all workers in Germany in 2012 of 20% for men and 26% for women. Comparatively, temperature and other causes were the lowest complaints made by both genders. Meanwhile, 7% of men complaints made for the temperature related and among them complaint about other causes, women made a complaint related to the temperature was at 5% and 6% of them were for other causes.
