The bar chart illustrates how both sexes people in Australia for 6 kinds of different age groups did usual sports activity in 2010.
Overall, it is clearly seen that female in 45 to 54 have a significant
percentage throughout the survey period, while the figure for 35 to 44 male group was the lowest proportion in whole sex.
When it comes to 15 to 24, the percentage of male accounted for over a half which was the highest in the entire men category. Moreover, there was a downward trend from 15-24 to 35-44 whereas upward trend in women category. 48.9 and 52.5 percent of women doing exercise was in 25-34 and 35-44 age group respectively.
Looking at the 45-54 factor in detail, women's percentage peaked compared with other age groups, experienced by 53.3 percent. On the other hand, males who engaged in physical exercises were represented a steady increase, by 43.1, 45.1 and 46.7 percent. It is interesting that the ratio of male and female who are 65 years old and over was nearly the same with 46.7 and 47.1 respectively.
