01/10/2017 You recently bought a piece of equipment for your kitchen but it did not work. You phoned the shop but no action was taken.
Write a letter to the shop manager. In your letter.
Describe the problem with the equipment
Explain what happened when you phoned the shop
Say what you would like the manager to do.
Dear Sir or Madame,
I am writing to complain about the low quality of your customer service.
One week ago I purchased a novel microwave oven in your store. The equipment was delivered on time and the package had no signs of damage; however, when I tried to use it, the oven won’t work. I immediately phoned the shop.
My phone call was answered by a representative of your firm who initially implied that I did not use the equipment properly and that, perhaps, reading manual may help. After I described in details the problem and my actions, he agreed that the oven is out of order and promised to send a specialist in microwaves who has never shown up.
Now, I demand that this malfunctioning piece of equipment was replaced by a brand new one. The new oven ought to be delivered within a week. If my requirements are not met, I will request a full refund as well as a complaint on you will be written.
I am waiting for your prompt response,
Sincerely yours,
Eugene Dubinchuk.
