The table and the charts provide information regarding the visitors and their appreciation after coming to Ashdown Museum in the year before and the year after it was refurbished.
It is obvious that the number of guests growth significantly and the feedback of them also became better.
To be specific, the figure for visitors that went to Ashdown Museum jumped to 92000 right the year after it was innovated. It was an impressive number. Moreover, in the same period, the positive replies were higher. People who said they were very satisfied, as well as satisfied, peaked at 75%, with 35% for very satisfied comments and 40% for satisfied comments. This is a clear evidence that the quality of the museum improved considerably.
In contrast, visitors that had dissatisfied experiences fell down from 10% to 5%. Besides, there was a small number of people who did not give any response about museum’s services, at about 5 %.
