The table below provides information on rental charges and salaries in three areas of London.
You should write at least 150 words.
The given table illustrates data about the accommodation expenses per week and the annual wages in three different areas of London. Overall, it can be seen that although Nothing Hill is the most expensive in terms of renting a property, it is also the wealthiest among the given locations.
Looking at the details, the 1-bed housing is far the cheapest among the three areas, with 375 pounds spent weekly on it in Nothing Hill, 325 in Regent's Park and only 215 in Fulham. This amount doubles when it comes about a property with 3 beds in the first 2 areas. By contrast, people from Fulham have to pay 3 times the amount if they want to leave in a 3-bed property, as compared with the 1-bed one.
With regards to the salaries, the trend matches the tendency in the level of rents for each area. The income for those living in 1-bed accommodation in Nothing Hill is slightly higher than that of dwellers of Regent's Park, of 98.500 and 85.500 pounds per year, respectively. This is only half those who live in 3-bed places, with a salary of 194.000 and 170.500 pounds, respectively. However, in the least expensive area regarding the rents, this income is triple for those who have the largest accommodation as compared to those with those who have only 1 bed in their shelter.
