describe how the accident happened
what kind of action did you take after the accident
Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing to you regarding the small accident I had with the car hired from your company.
While I was in Detroit, I rented a vehicle from your outlet in the downtown. The car was rented from May 12th to the present day, and I would like to commend your company on their professionalism and the great service they delivered.
As I was crossing an intersection, another driver hit the car from the side since he had passed the red light. There were no injuries, though, and a police officer became present at the scene within moments. Until further investigation and distinguishing the guilty driver, the police officer took and kept our papers.
The other company has been found guilty, thus not only did he apologize to me, but he will have to pay the bills as well as the cost of repairing the car. Since commuting and going around the city is a misery without a car, I would be very happy if you provide another car for me.
I look forward to hearing from you soon.
Yours faithfully,
Aidin Farughi
