you can not go to a company where you got an offer. write a letter to the hr supervisor to
explain the reason why you decline the offer
express your gratitude
explain that you like your current job very much
Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing to you regarding your offer to me to join your staff.
At the moment, I go to the clinic and work four hours per day from 3 p.m to 7 p.m. I use the morning time to study and go to the French class inasmuch as I have decided to immigrate to Canada. I have come to realize that you needed an employee working at your clinic every morning for at least the next six months. Thus, although I was looking forward to work for you, I have no there choice but to turn down your offer.
Nevertheless, I appreciate your offer very much since not only is it flattering to get a request from your institute, but it would have been such an honor to work with the great staff you have got.
To be frank, I am satisfied with my current career. It lets me make enough money as well as learning a new language. Besides, I enjoy the company of my great co-workers such as Dr. Behmanesh.
I would like to keep the lines of communication open in case you were looking for a dentist to cover night shifts.
Yours faithfully,
Dr. Aidin Farughi
