You have a problem with a neighbour.
Write a letter to your neighbor. i your letter
. Describe the problem
. say how long it has been a problem.
. Explain what action you want the neighbors to take
Dear Mr. Smith,
I am writing to bring to your immediate attention the inconvenience faced in regards to the usage of parking space allotted to me. Since your parking slot is adjacent to mine and you have students coming at your home to take private tuition, I have observed them using space allocated to me. At times, I am unable to park my car because of two wheeler belonging to your students are already parked.
Let me explain you my situation. This issue started 3 months back after you launched crash courses for engineering exams. I could see number of students coming to your home increased substantially. In addition, students come early and stand outside on the road leading to snarled traffic on the road. Moreover, this concern has been raised by fellow neighbours as well.
Would you kindly arrange for an alternate parking space for students visiting your home. Further, please advise your students to come at a time only when their tuition starts and in case they come early, they can be asked to sit inside the lobby.
I would look forward to hear from you soon.
Yours sincerely,
Mohit Kumar
