Dear Sir/Madam,
I am Divya Dixit and writing this letter to inform you regarding the few papers I left in your hotel last week, as I arrived there for to attend a meeting.
The meeting was held in the conference room number 3 of your hotel on 6th may in the evening at 6 pm. Those papers were kept inside a blue color zip lock plastic bags, and as I can recall I left them on the leftmost table of the middle row from the front.
Furthermore, those papers are pivotal in my presentation that I am going to deliver tomorrow. To assure that these papers belong to me I am jotting some key points written on those papers. First of all, they contain pie charts related to market research, secondly, they contain my digital signature at the footnote of each paper.
Therefore, if you find them please call me on my number 7615817070 the very minute without considering the hours. Together with it, it will be generous of you, if you can send me those papers through courier on a To-pay basis on the enclosed address.
I will be very grateful for your help. Please revert as soon as you can.
Yours faithfully
Divya Dixit
