The line graph provided reveals the percentage of people who used the Internet in three North American countries (namely USA, Canada and Mexico) between 1999 and 2009.

It is evident that three countries saw considerable growth in Internet use over the period shown. Overall, more people in USA and Canada accessed to the Internet than people in Mexico, and Canada had by far the highest number of internet users (the highest number of Canadians used Internet).

The number of Internet users in USA was approximately 20% in 1999. The proportions for Canada and Mexico were lower, around 10% and 5% respectively. In 2005, both American and Canadian Internet usage increased to about 60%, while the figure for Mexico just rose to about 25%.

In 2009, the percentage of Internet users was highest in Canada. The majority of Canadian population used Internet with almost 100%, compared to about 80% of Americans and about 40% of Mexicans.
