We can immediately see that, overall consumption of Australia and the USA was almost the same and Japan excelled with the smallest proportion of energy use.
According to the chart it is clear-cut that in Australia, the overall consumption shared among the indicated parts- industry, production and others almost identical (around 20 % ). Furthermore, the greatest increase among the mentioned sectors was observed in terms of the amount of energy used in industrial section (26.6 %) followed by production and other purposes accounting for 23.3 % and 20 % respectively.
Referring to the table it can be pinpointed that, compared to Australia, in Japan the figures for industrial and production purposes were less, only 15 % and in the USA 18% and 20 % accordingly. Additionally, in both Japan and the USA the major use of energy was in other sectors which showed growth by 20 % and 25 % since 1990 and the considerable change in the USA was described in industrial area.
