The first flow diagrammatic representation illustrates the process of cement production by using various equipments, and II diagram shows comma how the concrete is produced by mixing different materials. It is a clear and coherent representation.
As is observed from the given illustration cement has been produced by using four distinct equipments: crusher, mixer, rotating heater and grinder whereas, 4 materials: cement, water, sand and gravel are required for the production of concrete.
At the first stage in the production of the cement ; limestone and clay are crushed Together by using an equipment; crusher. Next, this crushed powder has been passed through a mixer in order to mix the material completely. Subsequently, the mixed material is moved to rotating heater tube where heat is introduced from the end of the tube, before the blend is actually dropped on the grinder. Finally, the manufactured cement has being packed into bags, and ready to be sale.
Secondly, the production of concrete involves 4 materials: cement, water, sand and gravel in the right proportion of 15% 10%, 25% and 50% respectively. These four materials are added into a big container, particularly named as ; concrete mixer, in which the blend is mixed together according to clockwise direction. Lastly, the concrete is ready to use for building purposes.
