You recently visited a store and did not like the customer service there. Write a letter to the store manager and say:
1) What was the issue there?
2) Why wasn't the staff helpful?
3)Suggest what can be done about it?
Dear sir or madam,
I feel the need to bring to your knowledge the ongoing issues at your store. I had tried to guide the employees on the right path, but it seems nobody is concerned. Allow me to elaborate.
I am a frequent customer at your store and have been buying household articles as well as groceries. However, at the time when I am returning back home at around 11 pm at night, I see a group of young people holding a gun in public and smoking marijuana which is in contravention of the law of the land.
Further, I was under the impression that the staff was not aware of the happening near the store. As such, I decided to approach the person on duty at the counter and apprised of the daily routine of the group members outside the store. Further, the person was not even surprised and told me that the matter will be looked into. The issue has been prolonged by your staff members and no effective solution has been reached. Thus, I will be constrained to report about the ongoing problem to the relevant authority.
I am aware that you do not look into the business anymore, however, in case, something goes wrong the authorities will hold you accountable and eventually your business will suffer. I request you to empathize with me and take prompt action in the said regard and reprimand your staff.
I hope for an immediate resolution to the problem.
Yours sincerely,
Brad Jason
