This graph reports the consumption of fish, lamb, beef, and chicken during 25 years in a European country, and it can be seen that every meat has fluctuation development from 1979 to 2004.
In the first year, beef and lamb decreased rapidly around 25 gram each others, but beef consumption increased in the end of first year, then it showed fluctuation movement until 1989. From 1989 onwards, beef declined fluctuating until 2004. On the other hand, lamb also dropped until 2004, but ever reached significant development in 1988, 1997, and 2003 although in general it still decreased.
