Dear Mr. Fred,
I am writing to request some days off from work due to my current studies that I am enrolled at one of reputable universities in the City.
I have been enrolled into one important management course in the evening time over three weeks. When I finished its lectures last week, the university announced that the exam will be only scheduled to be on next week. Exam preparation is mandatory, and it will be by taking some days off for studying and some concentration on the subject. I submitted my leave application on portal; therefore, I would request that you approve it accordingly.
My colleague who is in the same department will follow up all my tasks during my leave; however, once finishing my exam, I will organize my schedule to work two shifts to complete any pending issues. Some tasks need only a documentation work, so I will be able to complete it from home after the due hours. This is will boost the performance of work next day.
Current course is a diploma in Project Management. It is advanced studies from a reputable university, and it will improve my qualification that will help our company at any forthcoming tendering. I would be very grateful if you accepted these days off.
Yours Sincerely,
Ayoub
