You cannot go to a company where you got an offer. Write a letter to the HR supervisor to
• explain the reason why you decline the offer
• express your gratitude
• explain you like your current job very much
Dear Sir / Ma’am,
I am writing in response to your letter sent on August 02, 2018, stating to accept a job offer in your esteemed company for the post of Senior Architect.
I am very unhappy to state that I am not in a position to accept your job offer as I am very much satisfied working for my current employer. Whoever I am today, I am just because of this job. My current job has helped me to explore my potentials and there has been substantial growth and improvement in my professional life by providing challenging tasks to me. I am not bound here to restrict my views to myself and this makes me feel more confident in taking major decisions for different project. I am very grateful to you for the offer but also apologize for the inconvenience of arranging a series of interviews which required so much of your staff’s time.
I hope you would understand my situation. Thanking you in anticipation.
Yours faithfully
Huma
