The given charts compare and contrast the differences in the number of visitors of the Ashdow Museum and their opinions about the museum in two different years before and after the museum was redecorated.
In general, Ashdow Museum had a successful refurbished in order to make a win-win situation.
It can be seen that, the year before renewed, museum was visited by 74000 visitors. However, the number of people who dissatisfied was dramatic high (40%). Followed by a vast amount of individuals satisfied whith the museum, which was 30%. Whereas in contrast, people who were very satisfied was considerable low (15%). The proportion of citizens who were very dissatisfied and who had no response were the lowest, they were 10% and 5% respectively.
After the refurbishment, there was a huge change in satisfaction of visitors. The number of people satisfied with Ashdow Museum was climbed to 40% and became the highest. Additionally, there was a dramatic increase in the very satisfied response (35%). The negative opinions were reduced, visitors who were dissatisfied and very dissatisfied were declined to 15% and 5% respectively, while the proportion of no response was remained the same at 5%.
