Complaint Letter on Accommodation
Dear Mr. Walter,
My name is Spoorthi, and I am taking a 10-week intensive course on automotive engineering. My company is bearing the expenses to pay for my tuition & accommodation fee. It is expected of me that I make the best use of this course to be able to apply the same at work.
I am staying in Whitehall hostel near to the campus. When I organized my accommodation, I was told that I would be given a sing-occupancy room. However, the room that is provided to me is shared by two other mates. Moreover, they seem to be here for summer course on music and hence keep playing the instruments at high volume. Despite requesting multiple times to lower the volume, I have not seen any major difference. I am unable to focus on my course study and would like to move to a different hostel where more mature students stay & would like to have a single-occupancy. Request you to address my concern promptly. Failing which, I will be left with now alternative, but will have to shift to room. I will be waiting to hear from you.
