Dear Sir,
My name is Shruti. I am your tenant staying in your apartment number 813 in jollyville. I am writing this letter with regards to the improvements that has to be done to the apartment.
Firstly, I would like to express my happiness regarding your apartment. My family loves the apartment, it’s so nice and cozy with proper light and air ventilation in all the rooms and the best part about the apartment, is the spacious rooms and beautiful lake view from the terrace.
Secondly, I would like to suggest some improvements to the apartment which is necessary and will add a value to the apartment in near future. In the kitchen, water purifier is a must because no one would like to fall ill drinking un-purified water and next one is about the bright and flashy wall colors in all the rooms, the wall colors should be light and peaceful colors so that is should be appealing to you to stay in a room not to run away from the room.
I look forward to hearing from you.
Yours faithfully,
Shruti.
