Dear Mr. Jon,
This is regarding an electronic device, the voltmeter, that I recently purchased from your shop. Unfortunately, it is showing an extra 10% reading for voltage due to which I am unable to record accurate results.
Let me describe my situation in detail. I own an electronics repair showroom in London where I repair a variety of household machines daily. For every device diagnostics, I require a voltmeter to confirm the signals transmitted. However, due to this fault in the voltmeter, I am getting inconsistent readings which is impacting my image in the market as I am unable to serve my customers on the committed time. In addition to the reputation loss, multiple small circuitry devices have been burnt to flames because of the extra power signaled to motherboards.
I believe the product is still under warranty, so it would be helpful if you could please either repair or replace it with a new piece. I will enclose the bill of the purchase along with the device when I ship it tomorrow. Request you to kindly thoroughly examine the bug and provide the resolution at the earliest.
Looking forward to receiving a fix soon.
Yours sincerely,
Mr. Tom Robinson
