If we look at the development east of the city centre, it can be seen that the retirement house knocked down to make way for a new large houses, and the farm house just east of this area were replaced by roads. Further north bridge was remainly same in the planed, and by 2010, a primary school had been enlarge in its place.
In the centre itself, the main road was pedestrianised, and in the place of shops new road built up for passenger and finay the residential area redevelop in the north east of town forest, which was cut down after 1995.
