The table gives information about the number of people who came to Ashdown Museum before it was redecorated and after counted in number. While the graphs depict comparison of the level of visitor’s satisfaction about Museum’s display year before and year after the refurbishment counted in percentage
At a glance, we can see that there was a significant growth in visitor’s number after the refurbishment process. There were five levels of satisfaction which were experienced by the visitors. Overall, a dramatic shift of visitor’s satisfaction happened after the refurbishment.
At the moment before the refurbishment, a half portion tourist felt uncomfortable, with exactly 40% dissatisfied and 10% very dissatisfied. While, only 15%, 30% felt very satisfied and satisfied, respectively, and 5% was preferred not to give responses.
Turning to the year after Museum was refurbished, in total 75% people felt comfortable for visiting it, which was 40% and 35% exactly felt satisfied and very satisfied. Then, there was a significant decline of dissatisfied visitors from 40% to 15%, and 5% remained felt very dissatisfied in a year after refurbishment.
