You have a spare room in your flat or apartment and you want to rent it to a student. Write a letter to the director of the accomodation office at the local college. In your letter: Explain where your apartment is, describe the room, what kind of person would you like to rent it to.
Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing this letter to let you know that I have a spare room to rent it out for who are in need.
I am working as an accountant in a private bank and residing in a two bedroom apartment in Yarn city near to the railway station. I am looking forward to rent one room as one room is enough for me.
The room is a master bedroom of the apartment. It has an attached bathroom and also a small balcony. The room has the basic needs such as a bed, a table and chair, a ceiling fan and a cupboard.
I prefer a first year female student to rent the room and also the person should be a vegetarian as I am allergic to smell of meat items.
It is appreciated if you could find a suitable person as soon as possible. I am looking forward to hearing from you.
Yours faithfully,
Anne
