Your company changed to a new uniform. While you like it, there is still something that could be improved about it. Write to your company manager and say
– Why do you like the new uniform?
– What could be improved about it?
– Suggest a way how it can be done
Dear Mrs. Smith,
My name is Dorothy Perkins. I work as a chief cashier in Lidl supermarket. I’m writing to you to suggest some improvements regarding the new uniform.
First of all, I would like to express my gratitude to you for providing such comfortable and beautiful outfit. I was pleased to learn that it’s made of 100% cotton, it feels good and there it cause no static electricity as the synthatic uniform did in the past. Besides, the dark green color masks possible spots on the clothes therefore we do not need to clean it every day.
Nevertheless, I would like to suggest some upgrading. As the matter of fact, the female staff only have skirts as a part of uniform. To have trousers as additional piece of uniform would be practical, because apart from working at checkout, cashiers place goods on shelves. And it’s not convenient to do this work having a skirt on.
Therefore, I would be much obliged if you could supply us with pants of the matching material and color for all the females members of the team. I believe this would contribute into work efficiency and we still would look neatly and according to the corporate style.
I hope to hearing from you soon.
Yours sincerely,
Dorothy Perkins.
