Write a report for a university tutor describing the production process.
The diagram illustrates how plastic paper clips are produced in a factory. As can be seen from the diagram, the manufacturing involves in six main stages which begins with molten plastic and ends with the shipping process.
To begin with, molten plastic is poured into 3 different colored moulds namely red, blue and yellow. After this stage is completed, paper clips from the mentioned moulds are checked for strength by a quality control mechanism. Well-qualified clips are then sorted by hands with other materials into 2 different categories which are mixed and single colours. At the same time, unqualified ones are rejected.
At the following stage, the mixed colour and single color paper clips having clarified carefully are checked one more time for their colour quality by a quality control division. Finally, the paper clips are packed and really for delivery.
