A large company in your area has decided to spend a certain amount of money, either to sponsor a local children’s sports team for two years, or to pay for two open-air concerts. It has asked for feedback from the general public.
Write a letter to the company. In your letter
describe the benefits of sponsoring the sports team
summarise the benefits of paying for the concerts
say how you think the company should spend the money
Dear Sir,
I hope this letter finds you well. Recently, I had an opportunity to go through the brochure, which was being distributed in our society regarding range of events planned by your organisation. Moreover, it had also asked people to give their opinion regarding different options. Both choices have their own advantages and disadvantages.
Let me explain you in detail. As, arranging concerts will provide public with an opportunity to interact with each other. Moreover, this will also help to children to meet their superstar idols. While on the other hand, sponsoring a sports team will prove beneficial in long run, it might prove to be helpful for young generation and develop new players. Furthermore, this could turn out to be beneficial for Country's football team as well, as players can get facilitated with state of art learning techniques and coaches.
However, decision is entirely based on majority, but I believe it would be better to sponsor a football team, as it will develop interest of different people towards sports activities. Therefore, if your organisation decides with sponsoring a football, that would be better.
Regards
Alan
