The pie charts illustrate the percentages of 100 guests’ satisfaction when they were asked to complete a questionnaire about Park Hotel’s customer service in two years, 2005 and 2010.
It is clear from the graphs that the hotel’s customer service was getting better and more efficient with an overwhelming proportion of good and excellent rates after a five-year period.
In 2005, there were 45% of customers just satisfied with the hotel, and only 5% claimed the hotel’s service excellent. In comparison, more than a third of guests rated the hotel poor, with 21% poor and 15% very poor responded.
After five years, the excellent responses increased nearly six times while the good rates rose almost three times, with 28% and 39% respectively. In 2010, there was a three-time decrease with satisfactory rating compared with the year 2005. It is significant that the visitors gave negative feedbacks to the hotel fell to 16% in total.
