Dear Sir/ Madam,
I am writing to inform you regarding my clothes that I had forgotten at your hotel during the my business trip from 2nd December to 4th.
As it has passed about a few week, I can not remember room number and other details but you could check from hotel data system that it might be West Side Room No: 277. Actually , I was there to participate in sales conference on weekend but due to my flight take off early I found myself in a scurry. Unfortunately, I have forgotten some clothes such as are black suit, long tie and classic a pair of shoes in black wardrobe. Even though some of them are not important , long blue tie has much value to me because it is only one thing that inherit me from my grandfather.
I would be grateful If you could check my room where I stayed and lost and four department of your hotel. I can sent a close-friend to the hotel to pick up the clothes or I wondering that you could post them me by using fast-cargo without paying any charge.
