Your brother couldn’t join you on a trip that you guys planned. Write a letter to a friend inviting him to join:
• explain about the trip
• explain why your brother couldn’t make it
• giving details about the trip.
Dear Rick
I hope you everything goes well! I’m writing you to invite you to my trip group. is it a surprise?
recently I have organized a trip for pleasure to Japan for 10 days. Moreover, all the members are all our classmates. I have planned to go to tokyo, Osaka and Kyoto. we could enjoy the hot spring around the Fuji-mountain and drink some Japanese wine. Personally speaking, it’s a amazing experience which make me too exciting to sleep.
I have also called my brother John to joining my team. you know about him right? But unfortunately, he got a heavy toothache recently. Therefore, I think you are the best member to take his place on account of the tickets have all been booked.
we will assemble at my home in 18th this month, then we go to the airport by bus. The plane will arrived tokyo airport at night on 19th . Afterwards , my friend Linda will pick us up by car and drive to the hotel. The following plan is at back of this letter.
I look forward to receiving your response.
See you soon!
Nathan
