In this set of material, the reading passage is about 3 points which proves fossil of T. rex has remains of the real tissues for studying more by scientists. In the lecture, the professor cast doubt on the reasons mentioned in the reading passage.
Firstly, according to the reading passage small branching channels among fossilized leg bone of T. rex is due to blood vessels, and these organic materials help researcher to find many useful discoveries about them. The professor claims that bacterial colonization lived inside the bone and leaved organic material.
Second, the reading passage asserts that finding spheres in different parts of the inner bone shows which they are the remains of red blood cells. Specially they have dark red centers that are due to Iron as an important mineral in conveying oxygen to various tissues. In the other hand the professor says that not only are these events related to the other animals and have different origin but they also are due to reddish minerals.
Third, according to the reading discovering of collagen matrix in dinosaur leg bone reveals that they are some parts of bone tissue. However, the professor believes that collagen can not last longer as 70-million-year-old, and this may due to much more recent sources, such as human tissues. They are transferred on dinosaur leg bone when handling them.
