Overall ,it is apparent that women preferred doing exercise rather than men in the majority of life; however, the reserve was seen in 15 to 24 years ago.
To begin with, the most significant feature is that Australia witnessed the highest rate of young ones males doing regular physical activity. To be more specific, 52.8 was the proportion of men, while women merely made up 47.7%. In the following ages, doing exercise became more and more common habit for girls with 53% on average from 35 to 64 years ago, whereas 35 to 44 age group had the lowest males who participate in exercise and less than by approximately 13%.
Finally, this was particularly true for elderly people, the rate of doing regular physical activity was equal in both genders and occupied under half.
