. Writing a letter to ex colleague that you are visiting him.
-agenda -why visiting -meeting arrangements?
I am writing this letter to tell you that I would be visiting your town next month and it would be really great if you could take some time off for me from your busy schedule.
next month, I will be visiting London for two weeks from 1st april to 14th april for business purposes. So, one weekend either on Saturday or Sunday as per your convenience we could catch up and spend time together as we used to do in our company. Remembering the old days, we can also make it fruitful by teaching me the new version of Excel, in which you are an expert. I have already started with the basics of it. Without wasting your time, I would be able to grasp the advanced content which you would teach me. Learning this would be an added advantage as well as great for my career prospects. we can either meet at my hotel room which is close by to your home or any coffee shop, whichever is suitable for you.
Looking forward to meeting you and share some quality time.
Yours faithfully,
Cathy James.
