You recently went on a trip with a friend and you both took some photographs.
Write a letter to your friend. In your letter
ask your friend, to send you one of the photographs
explain why you need that particular photograph
tell your friend what happened to your copy of it
Dear Mike,
Hope this letter finds you in the pink of your health. I am writing this epistle to request a copy of a photograph as my version has been spoiled. Let me explain in detail.
Finally, I have reached back home safely although the journey was tiresome. While in transit I was going through some of the breathtaking photographs which we took while holidaying in Bali, unfortunately, one of my favourite photographs is spoilt therefore can you send me a copy. Let me remind you the photograph was taken in the Balinese traditional attire by our tour guide in Ullawatu temple when both of us were looking towards the sea. The picture is one of my favourites as it presented the panoramic view of the temple surrounded by the Pacific Ocean, therefore, I need to use it as the timeline picture for my Facebook profile.
The photograph was accidentally washed by the water leakage from a co-passengers water bottle which he had kept aside to my luggage. Additionally my camera lens has also been damaged in this incident.
I hope you can send me a copy of the photograph at the soonest.
Warm wishes
Said
