The diagram below shows the environmental issues raised by a product over its lifecycle
The diagram presents the lifetime of a product and the influences to the environment during this life cycle. Between being designed and being recycled, there are 7 steps involved in the process.
The first step is drawing the plan and the design. Next, materials and energy sources are consumed to manufacture goods in steps three. These two steps use a good natural resource as well as emit hazardous substances and gas to the environment.
In the next step, products are packed and delivered to shops. Then, goods are sold to the customers. Before giving the products to customers, the seller put products into bag or box. These containers may not be decay, so it is the risk to the nature. After using the product, people disposal or recycle it. Unless products are recycle those products, it will harm the environment. Therefore, cycling is better as it reduces the amount of the materials required for production.
