The charts below show the results of a survey conducted by a university library to find out the opinions of full-time and part-time students about its services
The graphs give information about the answers of students in a survey carried out by a university library about IT support offered and opening hours.
In general, it is obvious that full-time students are happier than part-time students about technical support, but almost they are satisfied with the current opening hours.
In term of IT support, almost the same percentage of full-time and part-time students were quite happy which accounted for 32 percent and 35 percent, respectively. However, only 20 percent of part-time students were satisfied with this service compared with 55 percent of full-time students. Meanwhile, just 13 percent of full-time students were not at all happy with the IT support, this figure was roughly half for part-time students.
Both kinds of students were satisfied with opening hours, while part-time students took up 71 percent, full-time students accounted for 67 percent. Besides, the percentage of students were quite happy with these hours occupied 32 percent and 23 percent, full-time and part-time students respectively. Finally, just small proportions of students were not at all happy with the current opening hours.
