You live in a room in college which you share with another student.
However, there are many problems with this arrangement and you find it
very difficult to work.
Write a letter to the accommodation officer at the college. In your letter
describe the situation
explain your problems and why it is difficult to work
say what kind of accommodation you would prefer
You do NOT need to write any addresses.
Begin your letter as follows:
Dear Sir or Madam,
Dear Sir,
Greetings!
I stay in college room number 221 along with another student who is my class mate. I am writing this letter as I face lots of problem with this arrangements and it is highly difficult to work.
First of all, the room size is very small it can accommodate only the double bed. It hardly has space a person to move around. Another major problem is the toilet and wash room. As there is no separate wash basin option one has to wait for another person to come out of the wash room even to fresh-up - like washing face, tooth brushing. It becomes time-consuming to both us to get ready if we have get ready at the same time. It is practically difficult to manage in sharing accommodation particularly for the classmates.
I prefer to stay in single accommodation in the same room where I put-up now. So that, I will have enough space to move around by replacing the existing double cot to single cot. With regards to toilet and washroom, there will not be any problem as such explained earlier as I will be the only person to accommodate the room.
I ask you to make these arrangement as early as possible.
Thanking you.
Yours faithfully,
Manivasan.G
