The graph describes comparison in percentage between male and female as staff members of various departments of major universities in 2012.
It can be depicted that comparison is done from 0 to 100 % at interval of 20%. We can observe a similar pattern in Business, Engineering, Law and Science, the highest of male employee goes above 80% and lowest falls nearly to 20%, in Engineering and Education, Respectively. It is also seen that percentage of male employee in Business and Science are almost similar.
The similar pattern can be seen in Arts (above 40%) and Education (Nearly to 80%), where female members are involved in higher percentage than male. Moreover, it describes that female members are bottomed out in Engineering, i.e. below 20%.
Medicine is complete exception as the percentage are almost similar for both, nearly to 40%.
Overall, we can see that male staff members are towering in percentage as compared to female in 2012.
