Dear Mr. Jon Smith,

I am writing this quick letter to describe my interest in one of the online course I have seen on the internet and I am keen to do that.

The online course is the certification about professional communication in the corporate world for the duration of a year offered by Stanford University. In addition, as it is the online course, I don't need to take off work. it can be completed with the dedication of five to six hours a week which wouldn't be a hindrance to my daily work.

company can also help me to prioritize my profile during selection by sponsoring me for the course. Moreover, I would like to make a small request about taking a week off during exam time if it's not affecting my routine.

As this course is about the communication skills, it will be proven helpful whenever I go outside to represent the company and for the presentation. To add more, with the help of this certification, I will be able to conduct small sessions regarding communication skills inside the company for employees.

I would love to complete this certification and I assure you that it will not degrade my work at all. I look forward to hearing from you soon. Let me know in case of any further information.

Yours Sincerely,

Jaimin
