Last month you had a holiday overseas where you stayed with some friends. They have just sent you some photos of your holiday.
Thank them for the photos and for the holiday
Explain why you didn't write earlier
Invite them to come and stay with you
Dear Andrew,
Recently, received our photos of the tour! Such a nice international trip! It is the best trip with the friends I have ever had.
First of all, thank you all for the photos and time dedicated to the trip from busy schedules! Without any one of you, we wouldn't be able to enjoy these holidays. Every one of us has an invaluable and equal contribution.
Apologizing for not writing last week because of hectic days! I had loads of backlog because of long sabbatical leaves. Also, need to cover up all the discussions which happened during my absence.
By the way, have you planned about coming to India in the near future? If so, you are cordially invited to crash on my bed. We can enjoy an ideal tent party with campfire and barbeque in my garden or we can also go somewhere near the town for a one-day tour.
Hoping to see you in the near future! Till then enjoy life and work.
Jimmy
